He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Cory was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Cory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.
