He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Randal has worked very hard to control his curse. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
