Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. A true patriot, Nicholas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Gifted from a young age, Norman studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: Standing 5'10", this man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is long and black with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
