Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he very much looks the part of a Courier. He has a very tight haircut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west to a Courier, Gilbert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Courier for the past few years.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cook. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He got into the Cook business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Cook and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
