Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
