Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
