History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
