Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bather. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gomory studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Gomory took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
