History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Anselm was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kody fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Lewis and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
