Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Ralf was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: An older man who wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his mace, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has amber eyes and a white hat with a red feather.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
