Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with pastel lining and desert motifs. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Aldous never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. He carries with him a set of nunchakus on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He wears his white hair down. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Arnold's homeland. Arnold decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arnold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
