History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Arnold was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
