History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Charles was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bowyer. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born into a rich family. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
