History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Theodoric was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and money/treasure

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Richard began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Guy enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Guy reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Guy never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
