History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Wymar's homeland. Wymar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels kind of lost in life
