History: Justin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Laborer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up work as a Banker and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
