History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. Bertram abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
