Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Alex lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a brown deerstalker hat and brown clothes. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Gilbert was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Heward lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scimitar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has moderate length brown hair. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Lewis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Lewis was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bricklayer. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
