History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Slave Trader for the past few years.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
