Description: A middle-aged man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Miles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Bricklayer soon after.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
