History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

History: Gerard was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was a Cook, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Gardener, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
