Description: This dark-skinned male is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
Motivation: Revenge; and he's in love

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He prefers to wear flannel. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Gifted from a young age, Rolf studied abroad. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: He is a husky man, who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull green iron scale mail. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are amber.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and sabotage a competitor

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His hair is long and golden with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: A 5'7" western man, he wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a lance, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
