History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a hammer on his belt. He has shaved his head bald. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Spy. He struck the Spy job and began his own company from there.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair is long and silver with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Animal Trainer for hire.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and carries sickles. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Tanner again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
