History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Arnold was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Seamstress. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Frederick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
