He has moderate length white hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is black and curly. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and wants to work out more often

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This southern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A true patriot, Reynard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Hugh took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
