History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
