History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Navigator soon after.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His ears are large.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed.
