Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Tim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
