Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Randal never married again.
