Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Don was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a black coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Shane was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'4" and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has moderate length red hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to prove his worth to the world
