Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born in the south. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.
