He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Justin was born the youngest of three triplets. A freak accident while working with his Server mother left him crippled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
