History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Arnold never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
