History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by giants. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sellsword and was forced into it by his family.
