His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This malnourished man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has no hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A 6'0" western man, he wears a blue wide-brimmed hat and blue clothes. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Hunter business.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Stylist father left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
