Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
