History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Don was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
