History: He was born in a small plains village. Cory liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Ernest abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Reynard was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
