Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by goblins. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
