Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Carter soon after.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in a small island village. Through the years after Alex was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Alex's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Justin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Bernard was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spy. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.
