Description: This tall, slender man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His brown hair is heavily combed to the right. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Theobald took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Jocelyn is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Jocelyn was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Animal Trainer.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: He is a mite stocky and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has no hair. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson brown hat.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
