Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears dull black sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shield, just in case. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel.
