He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Cory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was born in the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
