He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
