History: Born in the east to a Mayor, John learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. John was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
