History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ralf was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
