He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dean isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
