History: Hunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. After coming to the age of reason, John took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chad was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
