History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Description: He usually wears his black robe and has his axe always slung over his shoulder, and carries axes. His blonde hair is cut short. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
