Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a tanner and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Percival was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Percival's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Armorer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.
